K.S. Memorial Trust is registered under Trust Registration Act 2 and 1882 and is registered with Delhi Administration and Uttar Pradesh Administration under Sub-section 15 (Equal Opportunities, Rights Protection and Full Participation) of Section 52 of the Persons with Disabilities Act 1995. The Trust is an excellent institute in the field of disability which provides various types of services to disabled children like: school education, remedial education, educational guidance and counselling, hearing test, speech therapy, psychological testing and behavior modification etc.

Apart from this, in collaboration with the national organizations of the Government of India and by coordinating with various departments of the Government of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, organizing diagnostic and fitment camps for the disabled and providing hearing aids, tricycles, wheelchairs to the eligible disabled identified as per the rules, on the basis of their disability,Providing crutches, walking sticks and artificial limbs etc. The Trust conducts two-year Diploma courses and two-year Bachelor courses in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, Government of India for Human Resource Development for Children with Disabilities.

Why should you take admission?

  • After passing B.T.C. (D.El. Ed.) you can work as a teacher only in general schools of Uttar Pradesh. Not in other states of the country.
  • After passing D.Ed SE (HI, MR, ASD, CP & VI), you can work as a teacher in both general schools and special schools all over India and are appointed in the order of preference in every district of Uttar Pradesh. will be kept for
  • According to the Central Education Board CBSE letter number CBSE/ACAD/JS&IC (A&T) 2015, two special teachers will be appointed in every CBSE affiliated school in the country. If they do not, the recognition of the school will be cancelled.
  • According to Allahabad Court's writ petition order number 533/2015, two special teachers will be appointed in every school of Uttar Pradesh Board.
  • According to Uttar Pradesh Government Order No. 10692/79-5201 dated 09.04.15, D.Ed (Special Education) teachers will be appointed in primary schools run by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council. Therefore, appointments are continuing. Teacher Education Council is recognized in general education all over India as per the Gazette Number Registry Number DL-33004/99 of the Government of India.
  • After passing BTC, you can give only TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) but after passing D.Ed SE (HI, MR, ASD, CP & VI) you can give TET and CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). You can take both exams.
  • Students who have passed D.Ed SE (HI, MR, ASD, CP & VI) can still get employment in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan and Government Handicapped Schools etc. even if they are not able to pass TET.

Eligibility for fee reimbursement and scholarship

Fee Reimbursement/Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes/Minorities, Following documents are required to get scholarship and fee reimbursement in Central Government, Uttar Pradesh Government and Delhi Government -

  1. Student's photo (mandatory)
  2. Institution Verification Form (Mandatory)
  3. Income certificate by tehsil (mandatory)
  4. caste certificate
  5. High school marksheet and certificate (mandatory)
  6. Intermediate mark sheet and certificate (mandatory)
  7. Fee receipt number and date (mandatory)
  8. Student's name with bank account number and its photocopy (mandatory)
  9. Aadhar card
  10. In new case - Marksheet and certificate of previous academic year as filled in the form which is self attested (Mandatory)
  11. In case of renewal - Self attested marksheet and certificate of the previous academic year in the form filled in (mandatory)
  12. Fee receipt for the current course year (mandatory)
  13. Residence Certificate (Mandatory)

Important Points

  1. Permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh belonging to general category can avail fee reimbursement/scholarship from Uttar Pradesh Administration.
  2. If a candidate from any state takes admission in K.S. Memorial College, Delhi and Gwalior, he will get fee reimbursement and scholarship from the Central Government as per rules.
  3. If a candidate from Uttar Pradesh takes admission in Delhi or Gwalior, then as per the rules, he can take admission from either the Central Government or Uttar Pradesh Administration.
  4. Such candidates will not be eligible who, after passing one stage of education, start studying any other subject in the same stage of education.
  5. Candidates of BPL category have been kept in order of preference in post-10th scholarship and fee reimbursement.
  6. If a candidate receives fee reimbursement by giving wrong information, the government will recover it as revenue. The college will not take any responsibility.
  7. Under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme, this scholarship will be provided to those students who have not obtained less than 50 percent marks or its equivalent grade in the previous final examination and the annual income of their parents/guardians from all sources is Rs 2 lakh. Do not exceed.
  8. Maintenance allowance by the government as per the rules of the fee reimbursement/scholarship scheme for General Category/Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/Minority Category by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, mandatory non-refundable fee reimbursement, expenses of study tour, typing of research work. /Printing expenses, Additional allowance is admissible for disabled students provided they have obtained not less than 60 percent marks in the previous examination.
